Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US-based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.

This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

Step-By-Step Order Guide:

  1. Shop for your items on our website and add them to your cart.

  3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
  4. Back at our site, proceed to checkout.
  5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING and SHIPPING Address.
  6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method… No Exceptions.
  7. Choose your domestic shipping method and Place Order.
  8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
  9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for the delivery of your order.

Return Policy

All returns are subjected to 15% restocking fees, within 45 days.

Return/Exchange Instructions

  1. All of our products are offered with free shipping. You will also be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us at your expense.
  2. Request an RMA number via e-mail ( or call 1.888.611.0881. Once you have been assigned the RMA number, it will be valid for only 14 days.
  3. We recommend sending the package via UPS, or another shipping service which will provide you a tracking number and/or delivery signature. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing a lost item without proof of delivery. We also recommend obtaining insurance for high-value items for your protection.
  4. All packages received without a pre-assigned RMA number shown on the label will be refused. If the package is damaged during shipping, or the product is not in the original packaging, it will be refused.
  5. All claims for incomplete, defective products and/or missing accessories must be made within 5 days of the merchandise being received. Please note: if the original packaging is not returned with the item, or the item is not in new condition, we may charge up to a 30% restocking fee.

Our return policy begins the moment you receive your package at your doorstep. Any returned items must be returned to Lumi Group packaged in a manner that protects the product. Returning an item to Lumi Group is the full responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be made at the exchange rate at the time of purchase and will include any tariffs and taxes originally paid on the order.

Order Processing

  • Orders received Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 4 pm or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.


You may cancel your order at no additional fee prior to your order being fulfilled. If you choose to cancel your order, you have a short window to cancel before your order reaches our fulfillment team. Due to Lumi Group having most of the items in stock, the window for order cancellations is very short. If your order is canceled for any reason, you will not be charged for the order, customs tariffs, taxes, and shipping fees.
