After placing an online order, customers from these locations will be contacted to approve the additional shipping/handling charges before their orders can be processed. (UPS does not ship “ground” from Georgia to these destinations, therefore shipping costs are usually higher and may not be available for all items).

Shipping Options

In order to provide the best and most economical service, we ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

We charge you only the amount the carriers charged us for the delivery of your order.

UPS & FedEx reserves the right to make the decision whether or not they will release a package without a signature. Some manufacturers only ship with a signature required for delivery. Customers may request at the time an order is placed that the order may be delivered without a signature. (Requests cannot be made after an order is placed). If a customer requests a package be delivered without a signature, the customer becomes responsible for replacing the package if it is lost or stolen. If a customer wishes to guarantee delivery with signature, they may request by phone that UPS deliver only with a signature — UPS requires a $3 up-charge for this service, this up-charge will be added to the order total and must be paid before shipping.

Please verify that the shipping address is correct at the time of the order. UPS/FedEx charges $11.00 for any address correction and this fee will be charged to the purchaser’s credit card when we are notified by UPS/FedEx, usually within one week after shipping.

Note: In many cases, our carriers require a person to be present at the time of delivery. Notice will be left if no one is there to receive the package. It can be re-delivered by the carrier or picked up at the carrier’s location.  For your convenience, we recommend that you designate a business address for deliveries whenever possible.

International Orders

It is our pleasure to accept orders from customers around the globe.


Please note, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

International customers may incur additional shipping and handling charges for returns or exchanges.

If a product requires power from an electrical outlet, the standard voltage rating is 120 Volts, unless otherwise stated. The use of this product with anything over 120 Volts, or in conjunction with a voltage converter, may cause serious damage and void warranty.

Oversized Items

Shipping Oversized or heavy items costs extra. Be sure to read the special shipping information that appears on the product page.

Hazardous Items

Due to shipping regulations, flammable items must be sent via surface shipping. If you order multiple items, your hazardous items will ship separately from the rest of your order. Hazardous materials are identified as (but not limited to): Acidic, Caustic, Combustible Communicable, Compressed Gas, Corrosive, Explosive, Flammable, Infectious, Inflammable, Poison, Radioactive, Refrigerated, Toxic, and Volatile.

Oversized and hazardous items cannot be shipped to international or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Rates

Our system automatically calculates shipping charges (if any) based on the chosen method of shipment. You have the opportunity to choose from Free Standard Shipping or other Express Shipping options when you Proceed To Checkout from your shopping cart. 

Estimated Delivery Dates

To determine the date you’ll receive your order, use the following calculation:

(Availability) + (Shipping Method*) = Estimated Delivery Date

*Shipping Method is defined as Standard Delivery, 1-Day Delivery, 2-Day Delivery, etc.

Note: there is no weekend delivery or pickup service for our 1-Day and 2-Day Delivery options.

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery takes an estimated 5-7 business days.

Next-Day or 2nd Day Delivery

Selecting either Next day or 2nd Day shipping is an optional way to get your order delivered faster; however, it does not always mean you will receive your order in one or two days.  It will depend on the availability of the item and the time and/or day of the week that your order is placed (see below for Order Processing information).  Please keep in mind that there is no weekend (Sat/Sun) pickup or delivery for Next Day or 2nd Day shipping.

Here is an example:

If you order an item with 24-hour availability and select Next Day shipping, the item will usually ship within 24 hours and should arrive on the following business day – 2 business days in total.  It is possible that an order is ready to ship at the end of the day Friday via Next Day shipping but may not be processed by the carrier until Monday; in which case, it would be delivered on Tuesday. Please note that item availability may vary and is listed on the product description page.

Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select

Upgrading to Next Day Air does not mean you will get your order the next day. Once shipped, Next Day Air packages are guaranteed to arrive at the end of the next business day. Please note, however, that upgrading the method of shipment to Next Day or 2nd Day Air does not change how long it takes us to assemble and ship your order, it only reduces the travel time after your order leaves our warehouse.

Order processing

  • Orders received Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 4 pm or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
